Through MRCL, you will have access to AI tools that have been approved for various uses. Some solutions are solely for internal purposes while others may be suitable for client use, subject to these terms.
Use of MRCL is governed by the following rules and guidelines:
Please carefully review and follow any instructions provided with the tool.
Be transparent and communicate with clients.
Any client use must comply with the applicable client contract.
Unless you have client authorization, please do not include any client data or confidential information in your prompts or other inputs.
Unless you have permission from the individual, don't enter any personal information, such as personal names or likenesses, in your prompts or other inputs in MRCL.
Be original with your prompts and inputs. Don't include any third-party property, such as trademarks, property names (e.g. the Mona Lisa) or copyrighted materials.
Don't use MRCL to do anything that could harm Publicis Groupe's or a client's reputation, or to make any harmful content (e.g., malware or spam).
Don't pretend or imply that any outputs were made by a human. Include a legend, watermark or other disclosure, where possible, indicating outputs are AI generated.
Check the accuracy and nature of the content generated (text, software code, images, etc.), and don't use it if it's inaccurate or might infringe on others' rights.
If in doubt, talk it out! Please reach out to your manager, your legal team, or the Global Security Office if you have any questions. These are new and evolving tools – there are no dumb questions.
